The maturation of our estate’s red varieties is carefully monitored, to determine the optimal harvest date for producing this semi-sweet full-bodied rosé wine, with a seductive colour and a great aromatic intensity (small red and black fruits). With its opulent mouthfeel, it delicately balances sweetness with a refreshing acidity. Enjoy at 12-14 ºC
