The maturation of our estate’s red varieties is carefully monitored, to determine the optimal harvest date for producing this velvety and light rosé wine, with a seductive colour, great aromatic intensity (small red and black fruits), a well – balanced opulent mouthfeel and a persistent aftertaste. Enjoy at 12-14 ºC
