The indigenous varieties Assyrtiko and Malagouzia ripen smoothly under the beneficial sea breeze of Chalkidiki, to produce a delicious white wine, with rich flavours of summer fruits (melon, peach) and citrus blossoms, a courteous and well – balanced mouthfeel and a pleasant aftertaste. Best served at 8-10 ºC
